ORDER

This petition is filed to modify the order dated 09.07.2025 made in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.819 of 2025 on the file of this Court in so far as condition No.8(c) is concerned.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the vehicle is under hypothecation with Manappuram Finance Limited, Karaikudi Branch, and the original RC Book is in the custody of the said Finance Company.

3. In view of the same, the petitioner is permitted to produce a xerox copy of the original https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Registration Certificate of the vehicle before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ponnamaravathy, Pudukottai District, by producing an affidavit stating that the original RC book is with the Manappuram Finance Limited, Karaikudi Branch, along with a No Objection Certificate from the Manappuram Finance Limited, Karaikudi Branch.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
