ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking Mandamus forbearing the respondent from laying the road on the petitioner's land in S.No.16/3A1 to an extent of 14 1/4

cents situated at Singambuneri Village, Sivagangai, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2025 within a time stipulated by hits Court.

2. Heard the arguments of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Senthil Ayyanar, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. It is informed by the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, that the subject property are now being surveyed and after the survey, if it is found that it is the petitioner's property, the road will not be laid. He further submit that during the survey, the petitioner can also be present.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
