ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections Chapter-I Section 2(1), 2(14), 2(16), 2(20), 2(36), 2(37), 9, Chapter -V Section 39, 44, Chapter V-A Section 49A, 49B, Chapter VI Section 50, 51 and 57 of Wild Life Protection Act, in WLOR No.10 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused persons were found in possession of deer meat. On enquiry, A-2 stated that he was selling the meat as per the instructions and directions of the petitioner/A-1. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that A-2 has already been arrested and released on bail. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner and other accused persons were found in possession of deer meat. On enquiry, A-2 stated that he was selling the meat as per the instructions and directions of the petitioner/A-1

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
