ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated, 07.10.2025 passed in E. P. No. 8 of 2025 in O.S. No.113 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Sankarankovil. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that challenging the order impugned herein, the petitioner had preferred an appeal along with the delay condonation application in I.A.No.1 of 2025 before the Sub Court, Sankarankovil. He would further submit that since the petitioner is having a good case on merits, he prays this Court the application in I.A.No.1 of 2025 may be disposed of by the Court below, expeditiously. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Subordinate Judge, Sankarankovil, is directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.1 of 2025 filed by the petitioner in the appeal preferred against the order dated, 07.10.2025 passed in E. P. No. 8 of 2025 in O.S. No.113 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Munsif 2/4

Court, Sankarankovil, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Executing Court shall await the orders to be passed in I.A.No.1 of 2025.

4.The Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of, with the aforesaid directions. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
