This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to issue a patta in favor of the petitioner for Natham, Survey No. 326/4A, Pattinamkathan Revenue Village, Ramanathapuram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, based on the petitioner's sale deed Doc. No. 7635/2023 on the file of the Vellipattinam Sub-Registrar Office, and considering the petitioner's online application No. 2025/N103/27/013980 dated 05.11.2025.

2. Pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader submits that an inquiry was conducted and the claim of the petitioner was rejected on the ground of pending civil suit.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue the civil suit pending before the competent civil court. No costs.
