Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS to call for the records relating to the impugned rejection order in Enrollment No.2193/21603/02001 dated 01.08.22025 passed by the 2nd Respondent authority and quash the same as illegal, and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to change the Petitioners name from Karuppaiah Rajendran to Khalid in his AADHAR Card (AADHAR No. 5896 9613 7962), as notified by the 3rd Respondent in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.20 dated 21.05.2025, within the time stipulated by this Honble Court, and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India on instructions would submit that pending the writ petition, directions were issued to the petitioner through the respective Aadhaar Seva Kendra. The necessary prayer has already been satisfied. Nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

2. Recording the same, writ petition is disposed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
