ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking Mandamus directing the respondents to issue the legal heirship certificate on the death of the petitioner's husband based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2025 within a stipulated time in accordance with law.

2. Heard the arguments of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.It is the grievance of the petitioner that she has submitted a representation to the respondents seeking issuance of legal heirship certificate of her late husband, Periyasamy. However, the same has not been considered to date. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is required to file an online application. If the petitioner submits the application online, the same will be duly considered. 2/4

5. In view of the above, it is evident that, without filing an online application, the petitioner has rushed to this Court. The petitioner is therefore directed to submit an online application and upon receipt of such application, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate order within a period of two months therefrom.
