ORDER

This Review has been filed primarily on the ground that this Court having accepted the judgment of the learned Single Judge of this Court, had failed to note in the order, the said judgment.

2. Further the learned counsel for the petitioner would also rely upon the status of the case that is uploaded on 29.10.2025 to contend that this Court had only allowed the Civil Revision Petition.

3. This Court do not find any material error to review the order passed by this Court. The judgment relied upon by the learned counsel for the petitioner made in SA.No.1024 of 2013 dated 29.03.2022, also do not support the case of the petitioner.

4. This Court follows a procedure of not allowing a Civil Revision Petition at the admission stage without ordering notice to the respondent. In the present case, the respondent had also appeared in the revision and 2/4

has contested the revision. The updation in the portal of this Court could be only an inadvertent error and that cannot be a ground to review the order.

5. Accordingly, this Review Application stands Dismissed. No costs.
