ORDER

By relying on sale deed dated 13.05.2012 and the natham scheme chitta in respect of S.No.2315/32, the petitioner had applied for survey therein in July 2025.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate(crl.side) accepts notice for the third respondent. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the petitioner's request would be considered after issuing notice to the owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request for survey after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them. The entire process shall be concluded within three months 2/4
