ORDER
An Assignment order in favour of the petitioner was issued on 12.03.2007. Such assignment order was subsequently cancelled by order dated 22.02.2008. The cancellation order was challenged in O.S.261 of 2008 before the learned District Munsif, Thirumangalam. By judgment and decree dated 05.02.2016, the suit was decreed in favour of the petitioner. The appeal filed against the judgment and decree was dismissed on 12.06.2020. No second appeal was filed and, therefore, the judgment and decree become final. In such circumstances, the petitioner had filed application for an individual patta. The present writ petition relates thereto.
2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's request for patta would be considered and that order would be issued within three months.

3. In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's request for individual patta within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
