Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent. 2.The petitioner wants the petition mentioned documents to be cancelled.

3.This relief can be obtained only before the jurisdictional Civil Court. This is because Section 77-A of the Registration Act has been struck down by this Court.

4.Granting liberty to the writ petitioner to move the jurisdictional Civil Court by filing a proper suit, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
