O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.) This Habeus Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the body and person of detenu by name, Kaleeswaran, S/o. Radhakrishnan, aged about 43 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the fourth respondent/missing person was produced before this Court.

3. We enquired both the petitioner and the fourth respondent/missing person. It seems that there is some mis understanding between the petitioner and her husband/missing person and also we find that the detenu is facing some enquiry with regard to the complaint lodged by the financier.

4.Recording the same the Habeus Corpus Petition stands closed. It is made clear that if there is any family dispute between the parties the petitioner has to approach the appropriate forum for appropriate relief. [G.K.I., J.] [R.P., J.] 01.12.2025 aav To
