ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent Police to conduct the enquiry and complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.428 of 2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of three (3) months.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of three (3) months from today.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
