ORDER
(Order of the court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN., J.) This petition has been filed complaining that the wife of the petitioner aged about 27 years has been missing on and from 26.10.2025. In this connection FIR in Crime No.200 of 2025 had been registered on 27.10.2025 under the caption ''woman missing'' by the Elumalai Police Station.
2. The petitioner had also impleaded the third respondent.
3. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that the detenue/wife of the petitioner has been located. 4.The detenue had also been produced before this Court. The petitioner is also present. The detenue stated that she would go with the petitioner.

5. We had handed over the custody to the petitioner. Since no orders are required in this petition, this petition is closed. The second respondent may take appropriate decision regarding FIR registered by them.
