ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to execute the warrant issued against the second respondent by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, No.III, Tirunelveli, on 23.02.2018 in S.T.C.No.223 of 2016, which has now been transferred as S.T.C.No.113 of 2019, on the file of the Special Court for Negotiable Instrument Act cases, within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police have not received any warrant and no warrant has been addressed to the respondent police so far.

3.In view of the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner shall send a fresh representation to the first respondent along with the warrant 2/4

addressed to the first respondent and on receipt of the same, the first respondent shall take appropriate action in accordance with law. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
