: Respondents Prayer : This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Order 5 Rule 20 of C.P.C., to permit the petitioner to serve the notice to the respondents 3 and 8 herein in the above appeal by way of substituted service by publishing notice in any one of Tamil Daily Newspapers, which is in circulation of Virudhunagar District.

ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order for substitute service of notice on respondents 3 and 8 in S.A.(MD) No. 426 of 2/4

2015, by way of paper publication in any one of the Tamil daily newspapers having circulation in Virudhunagar District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the records.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are permitted to effect substituted service for the respondents 3 and 8 by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Virudhunagar District, indicating the date of hearing as 08.01.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 29.12.2025.

4. Post the matter on 08.01.2026.
