O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.25334 of 2024, dated 22.11.2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before his Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the respondents in the Writ Petition preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A(MD)No.168 of 2026 and an order of interim stay has been granted by this Court vide order, dated 13.02.2026.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in this Contempt Petition. Hence the Contempt Petition stands closed, with liberty to the Petitioner to revive the Contempt Petition, depending upon the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
