ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the 1/4

case in H.M.O.P.No.155 of 2025 on the file of the Family Court, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District and transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Paramathi Velur.

2. In pursuance of the direction of this Court, the learned Judge of Family Court, Srivilliputtur, holding full additional charge submitted a letter dated 16.05.2026 stating that the papers were earlier returned only due to the technical glitch in viewing the petition filed through online and that subsequently, on 16.05.2026, memo filed as not press H.M.O.P.No. 155 of 2025 and on that basis, HMOP was ordered to be dismissed as not pressed. The learned counsel on either side would also concede the same and as such, the present transfer petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
