ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Petition, to direct the First Additional District Court, Madurai to expedite the trial in I.A.No.2/2025 in O.S.No. 227/2023.
2. The notice to the respondents is dispensed with in view of the limited order being passed.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioners were set ex-parte and an ex-parte decree had been passed, the petitioners filed an application to set aside the exparte decree along with a petition to condone delay application, which had been filed on 14.02.2025. The said applications have been pending for the past Nine months without any progress, there shall be a direction to the First Additional District Court, Madurai to expedite the trial in I.A.No.2/2025 in O.S.No.227/2023 as expeditiously as possible, but however, not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
