O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction directing the second respondent to produce the son of the petitioner herein.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the second respondent produced the detenu, aged about 24 years, before this Court. The petitioner and her husband also present before this Court. We enquired the detenu, he deposed that due to some misunderstanding with the family, on his own volition he went away from his house. Now she wants to go with his parents.
