ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.10.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith.
