ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the second respondent to take further action upon the petitioner's online complaint dated 06.11.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and an FIR was registered in Crime No.403 of 2025.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
