Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to revise and re-fix the grade pay as Rs.4600/- to Rs.5100/- to the post of Assistant Engineer with effect from 29.02.2016 and pay other all retirement benefits including pension by considering my representation dated 14.08.2024 in the light of the proceeding issued by the office of the first respondent vide Ref.No.
232/SECY/TNSTC(VPM)/2023 dated 23.01.2024 within stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondents to revise and re-fix the grade pay as Rs.4600/- to Rs.5100/- to the post of Assistant Engineer with effect from 29.02.2016 and pay other all retirement benefits including pension by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2024 in the light of the proceeding issued by the office of the 1st Respondent vide Ref. No.232/SECY/TNSTC (VPM)/ 2023 dated 23.01.2024.
2. Heard the submission of both sides counsel and perused the materials available on record.
3. Eventhough the petitioner has sought for a positive direction to revise and re-fix the pay, he has also made a representation to the respondents on 14.08.2024, in the light of the proceedings of the first respondent dated 23.01.2024.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has made a representation on 14.08.2024, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.08.2024, in the light of the proceedings of the first respondent in Ref. No.232/SECY/TNSTC (VPM)/2023 dated 23.01.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
