After submitting a revision petition before the first respondent on 25.09.2020, the petitioner has approached this Court on the ground that such revision petition has not been disposed of in spite of the lapse of 5 years. Learned counsel for the petitioner invited my attention to the said revision petition and two inquiry notices issued pursuant thereto. She submits that no orders have been issued till date.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the District Revenue Officer would pass orders on merits within three (3) months.

3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2020 after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and to any other 2/4
