It is informed that the petitioner has an alternative remedy in the form of an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer. Hence, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer. He has made an endorsement to that effect.
