ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the private respondents, an enquiry is pending; that the the enquiry would be concluded within a period two weeks; and that the petitioner has not been harassed in any manner.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent shall conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner's presence is required, the second respondent shall issue summons to the petitioner for appearance. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
