This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent police not to interfere the civil dispute on the basis of the petitioner's representations dated 12.11.2025 and 17.11.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry was conducted based on the complaint given by one Radhika; that the said enquiry has now been closed and that the petitioner would not be called for enquiry anymore.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
