ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking to transfer STC.No.33 of 2020 from the file of the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track), Thanjavur to any other Court in the city of Chennai.
2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the complainant and others have invested in Multi Level Marketing Scheme floated by the petitioners herein for interest and commission. On the same set of facts, a criminal case has been filed as against the petitioner before Airport Police Station in Chennai and CSR.No.139 of 2019 was issued for the same. The learned counsel further submits that another F.I.R has been registered as against the second petitioner in Crime No.368 of 2019 before Thirumangalam Police Station, Anna Nagar, Chennai alleging misappropriation in the Multi Level Marketing Scheme and the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody.
3.In view of the above said facts, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that S.T.C.No.33 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track), Thanjavur may be transferred before any other competent Court in the city of Chennai so that both the cases can be heard together.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the material records.
5.The present proceedings pending before the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track) Thanjavur arise out of dishonour of cheque. However, another F.I.R. arising out of police complaint is pending as against the petitioners before Thirumangalam Police Station, Chennai. In such circumstances, there is no necessity whatsoever to transfer this STC.No.33 of 2020 to the Court in Chennai, merely because it will be convenient for the petitioners. 6.In view of the above said facts, there are no merits in the petition and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 10-03-2026 Internet : Yes/No Index : Yes/No NCC : Yes/No msa 3/5
