This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to comply with the directions of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.2564 of 2024 dated 27.02.2025.

2. By the aforesaid order, the learned Magistrate had directed the first respondent to conduct an enquiry and file a report within a period of thirty days.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the first respondent would file a report before the learned Magistrate within a period of two weeks.
