ORDER

By relying on patta Nos.251 and 1380 in the name of the petitioner's late father Krishna Naickan, the petitioner had applied for patta transfer. The present writ petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the Tahsildar would consider the petitioner's request and pass orders thereon on merits within three months.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's request for patta transfer within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and after verifying the authenticity of legal heirship certificate dated 05.04.2017.
