The petitioner had filed this Writ Petition for the implementation of the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 23.07.2024.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was subsequently informed that a revision petition had been filed by one Vignesh and 2 others against the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, which is sought to be implemented by this Writ Petition. Therefore, he submits that the District Revenue Officer may be directed to dispose of the revision petition expeditiously. He points out that the communication from the District Revenue Officer to the Revenue Divisional officer is dated 08.11.2024, but that no decision has been taken till date.

3. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the District Revenue Officer would dispose 2/4

of the revision petition on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to all parties thereto.

4. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the District Revenue Officer to consider and dispose of the revision petition filed by Vignesh and 2 others on 06.09.2024 within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to all parties thereto. No costs.
