ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the order of condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 1723 of 2025 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul dated 11.11.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, and since the 2nd petitioner is an autism person and the 1st petitioner, aged 63 years, is taking care of him and they have been complying the conditions regularly, the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, in Crl.M.P.No.1723 of 2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Saibaba Colony Police Station, Coimbatore, for monthly once,ie., 1st working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is confirmed. 21.11.2025 PJL To 1.The Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul 2.The Inspector of Police, Batlagundu Police Station,Dindigul District.
