ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, to expeditiously complete the trial in SC No.496 of 2023.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, to complete the trial in SC No.496 of 2023 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
