This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.397 of 2020, dated 23.08.2020 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent Police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur, in C.C.No.405 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
