PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondents herein to produce the body or person of the detenue by name Bhuvaneswari, W/o.Ramanathan, aged about 33 years and produce her before this Court and set her at liberty and minor Child Dharanish, S/o.Ramanathan aged about 9 years and produce him before this court and hand over the custody to the petitioner.

(Order of the court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.) The petition has been filed complaining that the wife of the petitioner and his son have been missing.

2. The wife is present in Court. Her mother is also present in court. The mother states that the detenue never went missing and she was with her in her house for the past one year. The petitioner has been working abroad.

3. Now the petitioner is present. The wife states that she is prepared to go with the petitioner herein. The petitioner has also taken her. No orders are required. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
