2.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to grant an order by exempting the Revision Petitioner from surrendering pursuant to the judgment in Crl.A.No.111 of 2023, dated 13.08.2025 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), Kumbakonam, confirming the judgment passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Kumbakonam, in C.C.No.4 of 2020, dated 27.02.2023.
