PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 528 of BNSS. PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in its order, dated 17.10.2025, made in Crl.A(MD)No.1056 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in its order, dated 17.10.2025 made in Crl.A(MD)No.1056 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would also concede the same.

4. Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A(MD)No.1056 of 2025, dated 17.10.2025, is modified to the effect 2/4

that the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Court in alternative weeks ie., on the first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
