ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13726 of 2025, dated 02.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 53 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 53 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.13726 of 2025, dated 02.09.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for investigation and he shall attend the trial on all hearing dates without fail.
