This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10469 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.1011 of 2025, dated 07.08.2025. 1/4

2. Heard Ms.V.Muthulakshmi, learned counsel for petitioner.

3. There is no representation on the side of respondent.

4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court, dated 07.08.2025, regularly.

5. Since the condition imposed upon petitioner by this Court has been complied with, the condition No.7(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10469 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.1011 of 2025, dated 07.08.2025 is modified as follows:- "Petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District, on the first day of every English Calendar month, commencing from January, 2026, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."

6. With the aforesaid modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.

7. Registry is directed to list the main Criminal Revision Case after three weeks.
