ORDER

The petitioner seeks review of the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.Crl.(MD) No.1228 of 2025 dated 15.09.2025, directing the petitioner to approach the learned Magistrate for filing an application for defreezing the account.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that after the above order, this Court passed several orders defreezing the account after marking lien over the disputed amount. The order passed by this Court cannot be reviewed only because in subsequent cases, this Court had passed a different order. The petitioner's right has not been extinguished. The petitioner can always cite the orders of this Court and seek remedy before the learned Magistrate. In fact, in the order passed in the Writ Petition, this Court had directed the learned Magistrate to consider the petitioner's application as expeditiously as possible, when such an application is filed. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the review application is rejected at the SR stage itself. 2/4
