Mr.S.Gokulraj learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the Criminal Revision Cases.

2. Mr.P.AathimoolaPandiyan, learned Counsel appeared before this Court and submits that he undertakes to file vakalat for Respondent and he further submits that he has no objection in condoning the delay.

3. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions, the delay of 32 days in filing the above criminal revision cases are condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Cases, if it is otherwise in order.
