ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- " Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 and 2 respondents herein to grant necessary permission for formation of house site lay-out at property at petitioners property at Trichy District, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Keelakurichi village, S.F.No.4/3A2, 4/3D1, 4/302, admeasuring 0.66 cents as per planning permission granted by 3rd respondent in his proceedings made in LP/JD DTCP (TC) No.67/2024 (planning permission No. 52/24), within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Honble court in the light of petitioners representation dated 08.11.2025, and pass appropriate orders which may be deemed fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.."

2. Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 3. Mr.A.Oliraja, learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent.

3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the property comprised in S.F.No.4/3A2, 4/3D1, 4/302, measuring an extent of 0.66 cents under a registered Sale Deed dated 09.02.2023. He has decided to construct a house in the said property and he has also made necessary application to the respondents 1 and 2 for getting house site lay-out plan approval. After verification, the petitioner's application has been sent to the 3rd respondent. On 02.04.2024, the 3rd respondent has granted layout planning permission to the petitioner, however, no further steps has been taken by the respondents 1 and 2, even after there is a lapse of one year from the date of layout planning permission granted by the 3rd respondent. 3/6

5. Therefore, the petitioner has sent a detailed representation to the respondents 1 and 2 on 08.11.2025, however, the same has not been considered to date. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

6. Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 08.11.2025, will be considered and orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.

7. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
