ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Lalgudi, to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.29 of 2019, within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.This Court, vide order dated 08.12.2025, had directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Lalgudi, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending suits and in compliance of the same, the learned Subordinate 1/4
Judge, Lalgudi, had sent a report vide proceedings D.No.04, dated 02.01.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases arising from the year 2009 to 2025, which was addressed to the Additional Registrar General of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that total number of pending cases is 2080 and the pendency of the cases in the year 2019 is 121.
3.Considering the fact that the present suit is of the year 2019, the learned Subordinate Judge, Lalgudi, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.29 of 2019 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
