O R D E R

An order dated 01.11.2025 of the Headquarters Deputy Tahsildar is assailed on the ground that such order is unreasoned.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner should have approached the Tahsildar and not the Headquarters Deputy Tahsildar.

3. On perusal of the impugned order, it appears that 4 separate reasons are mentioned for rejection in respect of survey No.278/25. No particulars in support of any of the reasons are discernible. Since the order is unreasoned, the order cannot be sustained and is hereby set aside. As a corollary, the petitioner is granted leave to approach the Tahsildar with a fresh request. If such request is made, the Tahsildar shall consider and dispose of the same by a speaking order within three (3) 2/4

months from the date of receipt of such request after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.
