PRAYER :- To cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondent No.1/Accused vide an order in Crl.O.P.(MD)NO.12934 of 2025 dated 02.09.2025 and consequently, direct the respondent No.2 to arrest and commit the accused to custody, considering the facts and circumstances above mentioned.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The present application seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail has been filed by the defacto complainant.
2. The allegation against the accused is that though anticipatory bail was granted in the month of September, the bond has not been executed till date. It is further alleged by the petitioner that the accused is having relationships with several women and the some of them are hesitant to lodge complaints. The petitioner further submitted in order to protect the other women the petitioner ought to be brought under the clutches of law.
3. Therefore, this Court is of the considered opinion that the antecedents of the accused are not appreciable. The prosecution is 2/4
directed to arrest the accused immediately. Further, the prosecution is directed to conduct proper enquiry in this case so that other women are protected.
4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
