The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the first respondent shall file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the offence under Section 379 of IPC is made out. It is needless to say that the first respondent would have no jurisdiction to file the final report for the offence under Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals

(Development and Regulation) Act as the Court can take cognizance only on the complaint of the authorized officer. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
