No. 221/21A corresponding New S.F.Nos.221/21A1, 221/21A2, 221/21A3 and 221/21B(221/21B1 and to 1/4

221/21B2) and also issue patta in the name of petitioner in respect of Old S.F.No. 221/21A corresponding New S.F.Nos. 221/21A1, 221/21A2, 221/21A3 for the correct extent 9 cent instead of 8.64 cents to the petitioner on that basis of the petitioner's registered sale deed dated 13.06.1996.

By asserting that the revenue records do not correctly reflect the total extent of 9 cents purchased by the petitioner under a sale deed dated 13.09.1996 and that the name of the fourth respondent is erroneously retained in the patta, the petitioner had submitted an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer. He seeks the early disposal thereof.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the appeal would be considered and disposed of on merits within three (3) months after providing a 2/4

reasonable opportunity to all parties thereto, including the private respondents.

3. In view of the above submissions of learned Additional Government Pleader, it is not necessary to issue notice to the private respondents in this Writ Petition. Instead, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, the fourth and fifth respondents and any other parties thereto.
