O R D E R

An order/communication dated 26.07.2025 rejecting the petitioner's patta transfer application is challenged in this Writ Petition.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents.

3. On perusal of the impugned order, it is recorded therein that there are disputes with regard to the boundaries and title. No further particulars are discernible from the said order. Because the order is unreasoned, the order cannot be sustained and is hereby set aside. As a corollary, the matter is remanded to the Tahsildar for reconsideration. After providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and any other persons who would be affected by such order, a speaking order shall be issued within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this 2/4

order.
