2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

Considering the nature of the offence, the condition(ii) imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, in Crl.M.P.No.4107 of 2025, is hereby modified and "the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten thousand only) before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi". The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is confirmed.
