ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Learned Family Court, Theni to forthwith number the unnumbered I.A.s in I.D.O.P.No. 431 of 2025 filed on 15.10.2025 and to dispose of the same on merits. 1/4
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the husband and wife they have filed an application under that Section 13(B)(2) of the Family Courts Act. Their contention is as, they are willing to separate as there are differences of opinion beyond the scope of reconciliation to live together. The trial court has adjourned the same by 6 months. Two applications were filed by the petitioners to advance the hearing and to set off the cooling period. Since the IA was not numbered and taken on file, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed.
3. In view of the above, the learned Judge, Family Court, Theni, is directed to number the IAs and dispose of the same within a period of one week from the date of receipt from the date of receipt of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
